Module 1: Techniques to Facilitate Discussion for Advanced
Care Planning (ACP), the ANNA Ethics Committee's first
educational module designed to provide the nephrology
nurse with education and tools to discuss end-of-life
issues with patients and their families. This first module
aids nurses in developing skills and initiating discussions
with patients regarding Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) and advanced
care planning.
